If you feel so inclined as to make something for me specifically, here's what I would really love to receive:

 

tl;dr: I love listening to ‘getting together’ stories. Characters overcoming their hang-ups and insecurities to find happiness. Falling in love and falling out of the belief that they don’t deserve it. Also, shenanigans.

 

Fandoms / Pairings

 

Naruto - Kakashi Hatake / Iruka Umino

This pairing has stuck with me for a long time. I really love both characters and digging into their respective traumas. Although they don’t interact much in canon, their shared connection to Naruto is more than a jumping off point. I don’t mind Iruka having extra powers than depicted in canon, but I appreciate when other characters realize they’ve underestimated him even without. I am more familiar with earlier Naruto canon and prefer canon-aligned or canon-divergent stories as opposed to AUs.

 

Ace Attorney - Phoenix Wright / Miles Edgeworth

Phoenix Wright is a disaster human and Miles Edgeworth is Bad At Feelings with a side heaping of Trauma. When and how do they finally get their shit together? There are so many moments in their shared history with potential. I would love to hear them all. (Seriously, who continuously writes their friend letters after they suddenly move away with no response and then decides to become a lawyer so they can finally see them again in court?? Also MILES EDGEWORTH DESERVES BETTER than what happened to him as a kid.)

Star Trek (TOS & AOS) - James T. Kirk / Spock

It’s been a while since I've read fic in this fandom, but I love both TOS and AOS flavors of this pairing. I am deeply enchanted by the concept of T'hy'la and love mindmelds being used as a plot device. I extra love mission fic and world building in this fandom. Not a fan of AOS!Kirk/Spock Prime, crossing those streams is too much for me. Not cool with fic that’s cruel in it’s treatment of Uhura.

The Locked Tomb Series | Gideon the Ninth | Harrow the Ninth - Deeply in love with the extremely messy shenanigans going on here. Love exploration of the canonical AUs. Love meta about the world-building. Love POVs from other characters and learning more about what the hell they think is going on.

The Murderbot Diaries - Who doesn't love Murderbot? Character meta? Good. Mission fic? Excellent. ART? YES!

Promare - How do these two extremely ridiculous people, Galo and Lio, finally get it together??
